Refund and Returns Policy

While we strive for excellence, we understand that issues may arise. We accept returns of defective or damaged items purchased on our website within 30 days of the original purchase for a refund or exchange.

For health and safety reasons, opened and used non-defective items cannot be returned under any circumstances. We prioritize the well-being of our customers and uphold strict sanitary standards. There are no service fees for manufacturer defects on the original item.

To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged or defective product, please contact us at [email protected] and provide the following information:

  • FULL NAME
  • ORDER #
  • PHONE NUMBER
  • REASONS for the return.

We may request additional information, pictures, or video proof of the issue, depending on the situation. If the return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on returning the package. Replacements will be shipped after we receive the defective item at our warehouse.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items to us. Once we receive and approve the return, we will cover the shipping costs for replacement items or issue a refund minus shipping costs. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive incorrect items, a return shipping label will be provided to return the erroneous items. If you are unable to print the return shipping label, we may issue a store credit for the return shipping expenses.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled due to the nature of our products. Please double-check your items and shipping address before completing your purchase. We kindly remind customers that providing an accurate shipping address is their responsibility, and we cannot assume liability for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

For subscription services, please contact us at [email protected] before your renewal order processes if you require assistance with canceling or pausing your monthly subscription. Once the monthly subscription order is processed, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
